Climate Camp 2007 protesters gather in a field just north of Heathrow Airport to protest at the second Climate Camp. They assemble with the support of local residents who are bitterly opposed to the building of a third runway by the British Airports Authority. On Sunday, 19th August 2007, the climate camp send out 'decoy' protests while reserving a large climate protest ready to carry out the main action. The group exit the camp and march out across a bean field toward BAA (British Airports Authority) headquarters in order to blockade the authority and bring national attention to the environment and climate debate.
